Why I cannot see me benefits in SmartumPay app?

  • If the benefits are not visible in your SmartumPay app, please make sure that you have activated the benefits for use.

  • If you have been on a study or parental leave, it is possible that the benefits were not available during your absence. Employers have different practices regarding this regulation. Please check with your employer.

  • If your employment has ended, your employer may have removed your access to the benefits.

  • If the benefits have expired, they will no longer be visible in the app. Please ensure that you are aware of the expiration date so that you use the benefits before they expire. Expired benefits cannot be used, and their validity cannot be extended.

  • The benefits might have disappeared if the employer has made changes in the order portal. Please check with your employer. If the employer does not know the cause of the issue, they should contact our customer service.

  • Your employer has switched from using Smartum Saldo benefits to Smartum Plus benefits. In this case, if you previously had Smartum Saldo benefits, you cannot log in to the SmartumPay app using the username associated with your old benefits. Download or log in to the SmartumPay app using strong authentication.

    Note! If you previously logged into the app using Smartum credentials, first log out of the app, and then log in using strong authentication, that is, using your online banking credentials or mobile ID.
