Where can I use my Smartum benefits?

Use the service provider search to find locations where you can use your benefits. You can search via:

How do I pay with the SmartumPay app?

  1. Log in to the SmartumPay app using strong authentication (online banking credentials or Mobile ID).

  2. If you haven’t installed the app yet, download it for free from your app store (App Store, Google Play Store, or AppGallery).
    Note: The app remembers your login, so you won’t need to sign in again every time!

  3. Open the service provider search and find the location where you want to make a payment.

  4. Enter the amount you wish to pay. Double-check that you are paying the correct service provider and using the correct benefit type (e.g., sports benefit for a gym).

  5. Confirm the payment by swiping the Pay button and show the digital receipt at checkout.

  6. If the cashier asks for a QR code, you can find it in your e-receipt by tapping the Check button.

Can I pay with different benefits?

When you pay with the SmartumPay app, you can choose which benefit to use for the payment. Before confirming the payment, the app will ask you to select the account you want to use. You can choose to pay with:

  • A benefit that is about to expire (e.g., a benefit from last year)
  • A recently allocated benefit (e.g., a benefit distributed this year)
  • A Smartum OwnGiftcard

Tap the account you want to use, then slide the Pay toggle to complete the payment.

Can I combine different benefits in one payment?

Yes, you can. This is possible when you are paying directly at the service provider's location.

Here's how to do it:

  1. First, make a payment from one of your chosen accounts.
  2. Then, make a second payment in the same way, but select another account.
  3. You can also combine payments if you want to pay part of your purchase with a Smartum OwnGiftcard. In that case, select Smartum OwnGiftcard as one of the accounts.

Combining multiple payment methods may be challenging in the service provider's online store. In such cases, we recommend contacting the service provider directly.

Where can I find receipts for my payments?

You can find receipts for all your transactions, including Smartum payments, OwnGiftcard purchases, and OwnWallet transfers, in the Receipts section of the SmartumPay app.

To access your receipts:

  1. Open the menu in the SmartumPay app.

  2. Select Accounts.

  3. Choose the account for which you want to view receipts.

Additionally, you will receive a receipt via email when you:

  • Make a payment using the sports benefit
  • Make a payment using the culture benefit
  • Make a payment using the massage benefit
  • Make a payment using the commuting benefit
  • Make a payment using the health benefit
