When Smartum benefits are available to employees?

SmartumPlus benefits are made available to employees immediately after the order is completed. The employee needs to accept the benefits package via a link sent to their email and use strong authentication. After this, the employee must download the SmartumPay app and log in to the app using their online banking credentials or Mobile Certificate. SmartumPay is an app that allows the use and payment with electronic benefits.

Please note that if the "Confirm Order/Confirm Changes" button in the top right corner of the service is active, the order is still in progress. The order still needs to be confirmed and finalized.
