You can add and manage users by logging into Smartum's online service.
- The Service provider manager can add another service provider manager or accountant from the "User Management" section.
- The Accountant can view settlement reports in the online service and will also receive settlement statements sent with the settlements via email.
- The service provider manager can manage all contract details and terminate contracts.

- To modify venue's users, go to the "Venues" section, select the appropriate venue, and then choose "Users" for that venue.
- You can add a venue manager who can view transaction history and edit venue details, or a cashier who can view transaction history.
- Add a user by clicking "Add User." Modify user roles by selecting the desired user from the list and clicking "Edit Roles." Choose the roles to be added or removed.
- The venue manager can manage venue's users under "Venue Users." Add a user by clicking "Add User." Modify user roles by selecting the desired user from the list and clicking "Edit Roles." Choose the roles to be added or removed.
- The venue manager can also add a cashier role.
