If you wish to completely terminate the use of Smartum services, please submit a termination notice to us.
Termination must always be done using the official termination form. This ensures that all necessary information is provided correctly at once.
Please indicate on the form the date from which you wish the notice period to start. The notice period is determined according to your contract. You can check the length of the notice period in your contract terms.
Your service will continue normally until the end of the notice period, after which service usage and billing will cease. You can fully utilize all features, benefits, and balances of the service during this time. However, please note that unused benefits or prepayments will not be refunded upon termination of the contract.
The termination form for services is not available for Smartum’s bicycle benefit.
