Termination of the Contract
In Smartum's partner online service, various actions can be taken depending on the user role you have when using the service. Please note that: The contract can only be terminated when you are using the role Service Provider Manager. Read more about different roles here.
If you wish to terminate the contract with Smartum, you can do so in the Partner Online Service. Read below for more details.
Termination of the entire contract
If you wish to terminate the entire contract with Smartum, log into the Partner Online Service. Remember, you need to log in using credentials associated with Service Provider Manager role. Go to "Customer Information" in the left menu and click "Terminate contract."
Set a termination date for the contract, which can be no earlier than the current day. After the set date, you can no longer accept Smartum's payment instruments.
Termination of one of the company venue´s contract
If you want to terminate the contract with Smartum only for a one specific venue, log into the Partner Online Service. Remember, you need to log in using credentials associated with Service Provider Manager role. Go to "Venues." Click the red cross next to the desired venue.
Set a termination date for the venue's contract, which can be no earlier than the current day. After the set date, the outlet can no longer accept Smartum's payment instruments.
