Settlement of Payments

  • When registering with Smartum's partner network, you provide your account details for payment settlements.
  • If necessary, you can update this information in our online service with the role of agreement administrator. Changes can be made under "Account Information."
  • We settle payments made via app and online payments within the specified period. The minimum settlement amount is 5 euros. You can adjust the settlement period or minimum settlement amount in our online service.

How do I modify my company's settlement details?

You can modify the company's settlement period, minimum settlement amount, or payment reference in our online service.

You can set the settlement period to one of the following options:

  • Daily
  • Every Monday
  • Every Monday and Thursday
  • The first Monday of the month
  • The first day of the month

To modify the settlement period, minimum settlement amount, and payment reference:

  1. Log in to the online service with the credentials of the agreement administrator or main user of the location.

  2. If you have multiple access rights in the online service, select the correct location from the dropdown menu on the left that you want to modify.

  3. As the agreement administrator, select "Locations" from the side menu. As the main user of the location, click "Location Management" from the left side menu.

  4. Go to "Settlement Details," choose the desired settlement period from the dropdown menus, and enter the new minimum settlement amount. Add the desired payment reference or message.

  5. Save the changes by clicking the "Save Information" button at the bottom of the page.

  • You can modify your company's or location's bank account number with the role of agreement administrator in Smartum's online service. You can view the account number under "Account Information" in the left menu. If your company uses only one account number for settlements, you can modify the account number in this section.
  • You will receive a settlement statement via email for each settlement. You can modify the recipients of the settlement statement by adding or removing Settlement roles in the online service.
  • Settlement reports can be viewed in our online service with the roles of agreement administrator and settlement manager.
