SmartumPlus Service Reports
SmartumPlus provides usage, reimbursement, and bicycle benefit reports for the desired time period. Reports are available for download in Excel and CSV formats.
Usage Report
The usage report shows the benefits used by employees, the identification details of employees added to the portal, and the types of benefits through which payments have been made. You can easily filter and view the desired information on the report.
Reimbursement Report
The reimbursement report displays any reimbursements made by the service provider to the employee. It also includes the same information as the usage report. In essence, the reimbursement report illustrates corrections made to the employer’s invoices.
Example when benefits are paid on credit: An employee purchases a service "Course X" for €50 in August. This is invoiced to the employer at the beginning of September. If the service provider refunds the amount to the employee (e.g., due to a canceled course), the amount is also retroactively deducted from the employer’s next invoice (in this case, at the beginning of October).
Active Bicycle Benefits Report
The bicycle benefits report includes all bicycle benefits that are active at the time of reporting. This means beneficiaries who have an active bicycle benefit, i.e., the bicycle has been delivered to the beneficiary.
The benefit is considered to start from the beginning of the following full month. Example: If the bicycle is taken into use on June 30, the bicycle benefit is billed and withheld from the salary starting July 1.
The report does not show beneficiaries who have not yet activated the granted bicycle benefit.
