How do I refund an incorrect payment to a customer?
It is customer's responsibility to ensure they pay the correct amount, use the correct benefit type, and select the right location.
However, you can refund an incorrect payment to the customer within the same day through our online service.
Log in and select "Venue manager" as your role.
From the "Transactions History" section, you can search for the specific payment and open it by clicking on the transaction number.
Refund it by clicking on "Refund."
If you cannot refund the payment within the same day, you can compensate the incorrect payment to the customer with a gift card or a complimentary ticket, for example.
If this is not possible, you can request a refund from our customer service via email at asiakaspalvelu@smartum.fi.
