Partner fees

Joining Smartum's partner network is free of charge. For the Smartum payments you receive, you will pay a service fee. We will settle the payments for the period you choose. There is no minimum settlement amount, and we do not charge annual fees.

Service Fees

The service fee is automatically charged in connection with voucher settlements or SmartumPay and online payments.

Bank Transfer Fee: €0.48 VAT.

*Starting from January 1, 2025, the service fee for the lunch benefit will be 3.5%.

Other Fees:

All prices are subject to the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).

  • Bank transfer fee: €0.48.  
  • Monthly location fee: €3.85 per month per location. More details about the monthly fee for locations can be found at the end of this article.  
  • Investigation or change request fee: €120 per hour (minimum charge of 0.5 hours).  
    Companies that are members of MaRa ry (the Restaurant Association) and part of Smartum's network receive discounts on Smartum's service fees. The prices listed below apply only to members of MaRa ry.

What is the Usage Location Fee?

  • The monthly fee charged to service locations is deducted from the final settlement amount each month. The fee is €3.85 plus applicable VAT per month per location.
  • The fee will be charged from the first settlement of each month. The fee will not be charged in months when there is no payment activity at the usage location.
  • There is no need for invoice approval or a separate complex payment process; the fee is automatically deducted from the settlement. We will also not increase our commission rates.
