How do I use Smartum's massage benefit as an employee?
You use Smartum's massage benefit through the SmartumPay app, just like other benefits. You can use your massage balance to pay for regular massages or sports massages.
Smartum Massage Benefit is accepted at those massage venues selected by your employer as eligible service providers.
Following stricter guidelines from the Finnish Tax Administration regarding service providers for massage benefits at massage venues, the ordering parties, or employers, must select which service providers the massage benefits can be used with, and the company ordering Smartum's massage benefits must have a separate agreement with the service provider. Please take note of this when looking for a massage venue. You can inquire about your company's massage venues from your employer.
