Joining the Network
You can easily join the Smartum network here. Joining is free, and you only pay a service fee for the payments you receive.
After filling out the joining form, we will process your membership (in the order of arrival), and then you will receive further information. We will also send you materials via email and mail that you can use at your business premises to indicate that you accept Smartum payments.
You can join our network if you offer any of the following services:
- Sports and cultural services
- Lunch services
- Massage services
- Commuting services
- Health services (e.g., physiotherapy, dental care, special eyeglasses, or specialist medical services)
Note: If you sell employee bicycles, accessories, and maintenance services, you can join the bike benefit network here.
Health Benefit Partner - Can I Join the Network?
You can join the Smartum network as a health benefits partner if your services include specialist medical services, dental care, physiotherapy, or work-related special eyeglasses prescribed by an optician or doctor (e.g., display screen glasses with mandatory frame costs). Due to the 2024 decision by the tax authorities, chiropractors, naprapaths, osteopaths, podiatrists, and laboratory services can also join our network
As a health benefits partner, you are a professional or expert in occupational health. According to tax authority guidelines, health benefits can also cover follow-up treatments and examinations, but only with a doctor's referral. Please note that when offering services, follow-up treatments can be paid for with Smartum benefits only with a referral!
Pampering treatments, cosmetic treatments, or other non-health-related treatments are not covered by the health benefit.
