I ordered too much benefits for an employee?

SmartumPlus benefits are not transferred to the personal accounts of benefit users but rather employees have the right to use the benefit with the balance specified in the order from your company's SmartumPlus account. If an employee does not use the balance, the remaining balance stays in the bank on your company's account. If your company wishes to terminate the agreement with Smartum, the money will be transferred back to the company free of charge.

Please note that if you have allocated too many benefits to a part-time employee, you can adjust their benefit amount relative to their working hours by modifying the CSV file. Benefits can be allocated in different amounts only for part-time employees, meaning that the CSV file can include a part-time percentage – for example, half-time work is marked as 50%.
