How to check and use your employee benefits in the SmartumPay app.
If you have unused benefits for this year, be sure to use them before they expire to make the most of them. In the SmartumPay app, you can:
- Check the current status of your benefits
- Find places where you can use them
- Explore offers from our partners
If you can’t find a suitable place to use your benefits, you can purchase OwnGiftcard, which gives you an additional three (3) months to use your benefits.
About OwnGiftcard:
- You can purchase it up to four (4) months before your original benefits expire.
- Its validity starts when your original benefits expire.
- There are no additional costs for purchasing it, either for the employee or the employer.

If you have been granted Flexible Benefits:
- Your employer has set a sum of money that you can use as you wish.
How does Flexible Benefit differ from traditional employee benefits?
- Traditionally, benefits are allocated to specific types of benefits.
- With Flexible Benefits, this allocation is not necessary.
- However, the employer may still choose to specify which types of benefits the money can be used for.
Whether you’re using traditional or Flexible Benefits, they can still be managed just as before – in the SmartumPay app.
