An employee uses electronic Smartum benefits through the SmartumPay mobile app at nearly 40,000 different locations across Finland. Benefits can also be used for online payments, app payments, and SMS payments.
Flexible SmartumPlus balance can be used for meal, sports, culture, massage, health, bike, and commuting benefits at locations within the Smartum network. Electronic Smartum benefits are primarily used via the SmartumPay app.
What is the SmartumPay app?
SmartumPay is a free mobile app for individuals who are offered electronic Smartum benefits. Paying with SmartumPay is seamless, allowing the user to focus on enjoying the service they are paying for.
With SmartumPay, the user can not only make smooth payments but also stay constantly updated on the amount, validity period, and transaction history of their benefits. SmartumPay is available for free download from app stores.
After downloading the app from the App Store, Google Play Store, or AppGallery, the employee can log in to the app using their online banking credentials or mobile certificate.
