How do I use Smartum's online service with different roles?

As a service provider, you can log in to Smartum's online service here. In the online service, you can view and manage payments, settlements, and your information.

  • You can view the online service and make changes in the role of service provider manager, venue manager, or accountant. You may have one or more of these roles.
  • You can see the role menu in the upper left corner of the page, and from the dropdown menu in the upper right corner, you can switch roles. From the upper dropdown menu, you select the company or location whose information you want to view or edit.

Service Provider Manager

  • As a Service Provider Manager, you can edit location information, view settlements, and add users and new locations. In the "Venue list" section, the company's locations are listed.
  • You can edit the location's information via the pencil symbol and the location's users via the user button.
  • At the top of the page, there is an "Add Venue" button, through which you can add new locations.
  • You can view and edit the company's information under "Customer Information". Settlements can be viewed under "Settlement Report". You can download settlement reports as Excel and PDF files.

Venue Manager

  • When logged in as a venue manager, you can view the billing history and edit the location's information and user information.
  • You can edit the location's and users' information under "Manage Venue" and "Venue users".

Accountant

  • In the accountant role, it is possible to view and download reports. Settlements can be viewed under "Settlement Report".
  • You can download settlement reports as Excel and PDF files.
  • Settlement statements are emailed to those in the accountant role.
