How do I change my email address?
I have Smartum Saldo
You can change your email address by logging in to our online service with your current credentials.
To update your email address or phone number, click the profile icon next to your name in the upper left corner.
I have Smartum Plus
Unfortunately, you cannot update your information yourself. Please contact your employer and ask them to update your details in the online service.
My name has changed, what should I do?
Your name will update automatically when you log in to the app using strong identification.
Examples of strong identification include online banking credentials and Mobile ID.
