How do I activate Smartum Plus benefits?

Activate your Smartum Plus benefits in four easy steps:

  1. Accept your Smartum Plus benefits by clicking the activation link sent to your email by your employer.
  2. Start by clicking the Activate Benefits button in the email.
  3. On the next screen, click Read and accept the terms and conditions.
  4. Confirm the activation of your Smartum Plus benefits using your online banking credentials or Mobile ID.

Once you’ve completed these steps, your benefits are activated. They will appear in the SmartumPay app once your employer has completed the final steps in their system.

If you receive a notification that your activation link has already been used or has expired, please contact your employer. They can send you a new link via Smartum's system.

How do I activate Smartum Saldo benefits?

Smartum Saldo benefits are activated through your employer.

When you receive a registration link, follow these easy steps:

Option 1: I don’t have a Smartum user account yet:

  1. Click the registration link in the email sent by your employer.
  2. Register and fill in your personal details. If your employer offers multiple benefit options, choose one.
  3. Accept the Smartum Saldo terms and conditions.
  4. Confirm your registration at the bottom of the page.

You will receive an email confirming your successful registration.
You will also receive an email with a link to set your Smartum online service password.

With these credentials, you can log in to Smartum’s online service to track your benefits and manage your information.

Once your employer’s registration period has ended, they will approve or reject your registration.
You will receive an email when your benefits have been activated and are ready to use.

Option 2: I already have a Smartum user account:

  1. Click the registration link in the email sent by your employer.
  2. Log in with your credentials. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one here. You will receive a link via email to reset your password.
  3. If your employer offers multiple benefit options, choose one.
  4. Accept the Smartum Saldo terms and conditions.
  5. Confirm your registration at the bottom of the page.
  6. You will receive an email confirming your successful registration.
  7. Once your employer’s registration period has ended, they will approve or reject your registration.
  8. You will receive an email when your benefits have been activated and are ready to use.

What should I do if I missed the registration deadline?

If you missed the registration deadline, please contact your employer.

Since Smartum benefits are employment-related benefits provided by your employer, the registration link is typically sent to your work email address.

  • If you can’t find the registration link, remember to check your spam folder.
  • If you still cannot find it, ask your employer to resend the link.

How do I start using the SmartumPay app?

You can now log in to the SmartumPay app.

If you haven’t yet downloaded the SmartumPay app, you can download it for free from your app store. You’ll find the SmartumPay app in:

  • App Store (for iOS devices)
  • Google Play Store (for Android devices)
  • AppGallery (for Huawei devices)

Search for "SmartumPay" directly in your app store.

If you already have the SmartumPay app and are logged in, your benefits will appear on the Home and Accounts tabs.

If your new benefits don’t appear, try logging out and back in using strong identification.
