Enter the LOCATION CODE and the AMOUNT you want to pay in the text message field on your phone. For example, 1929MP 19.90.
Send the information via text message to +3584573960755. Make the payment at the point of sale.
Show the receipt you receive as a reply at the point of sale. The receipt will display the payer’s name, the amount, and the payment time. The staff at the point of sale can verify the receipt on your phone screen.
Note! In case of a payment error, immediately contact the staff at the point of sale. The staff can cancel the erroneous payment on the same day by logging into Smartum's online service. Please be careful during the payment process, as payments are usually settled to the point of sale the following day. The user is responsible for erroneous payments, and Smartum's customer service generally cannot cancel or refund payments.
