Examples of Using the Culture Benefit
In Lippu.fi's dedicated Smartum online store, you can pay for your ticket purchases with Smartum benefits. When paying with Smartum benefits, you can also add Ticket Insurance to your ticket at the shopping cart stage and use a Lippu.fi gift card or discount code. Read more about how to purchase event tickets in the Smartum ticket shop here. Please note that it is not possible to combine two different payment methods when buying a ticket via Lippu.fi online store. If you need to include another payment method, please contact Lippu.fi customer service.
Tiketti event tickets can be purchased from Tiketti points of sale, Stockmann service points, or the Tiketti online store. The payment methods accepted are the SmartumPay mobile application or voucher. More information about using the culture benefit at Tiketti can be found here. Please note that you can combine two different payment methods when purchasing tickets via the Tiketti online store. You can use benefits and a payment card, for example.
Finnkino movie tickets can be purchased with Smartum benefits at the ticket sales points of Finnkino cinemas. The payment methods accepted are the SmartumPay mobile application or voucher. Additionally, serial tickets can be purchased through Finnkino’s website in their online store.
BioRex movie tickets can be purchased with Smartum benefits at the ticket sales points of BioRex cinemas. The payment methods accepted are the SmartumPay mobile application or voucher. You can find more information about using the culture benefit at BioRex here.
Stockmann service points offer a wide selection of tickets to various cultural events and movies. At Stockmann, you can buy tickets such as those from Ticketmaster, Tiketti, and Lippupiste, as well as Finnkino movie tickets with Smartum benefits. The payment methods accepted are the SmartumPay mobile application or voucher. Tickets cannot be reserved in advance when purchasing from Stockmann; they must be bought on-site. Ticketmaster event tickets can be purchased from Ticketmaster points of sale or Stockmann service points. The payment methods accepted are the SmartumPay mobile application or Smartum sports and culture vouchers. For now, Ticketmaster's online store does not accept Smartum benefits. Museokortti (Museum Card) can be purchased with Smartum benefits from the Museokortti website.
NetTicket event tickets can be purchased with Smartum benefits directly from the NetTicket website or NetTicket points of sale.
At R-kiosks won´t accept Smartum culture benefit payments starting from 1 December 2024. You can continue to do payments with Smartum commute and lunch benefits.
