How do I pay with Smartum benefits at R-Kioski?

When paying at an R-Kioski, use the SmartumPay app. Make sure to perform payments only while you are at the R-Kioski location.

Paying at an R-Kioski:

  1. Find the specific R-Kioski using the location search in the app.

  2. Enter the desired amount and select the benefit account to use. Choose the account based on the type of benefit for the service you are purchasing.

  3. Complete the payment by swiping from the “Pay” button.

  4. After the payment, you can find the QR code to show at the checkout on the e-receipt by pressing the “Check” button.

Please note that starting from 1 December 2024 R-kiosks won´t accept Smartum culture benefit payments. 

You can continue to do payments with Smartum Commute Benefit and Lunch Benefit.
