How do I check the status of your employee benefits?

Here’s how to check the current status of your employee benefits and see how much monetary value you have available.

Step-by-step guide:

You can always view the current status of your benefits in the Accounts section of the SmartumPay app.

1. Open the SmartumPay app and select Accounts from the bottom menu on the Home screen.
2. You will see the benefits available to you and their remaining balances, grouped by benefit type.
3. If you have purchased one or more OwnGiftcards, their balances will appear above your benefits, grouped by gift card type. You will also see the expiration date of each Smartum OwnGiftcard, highlighted in red.
