You shared feedback on our previous pricing model, especially regarding how small businesses often found it unfair. With our new pricing, you’ll pay based on the size of your order rather than the number of employees.

All customers currently on our standard price list will transition to the new pricing with their next order. Check out our pricing here: Smartum-etujen hinnat (currently only in Finnish)

What Does This Mean in Practice?

Our new pricing makes customer costs more reasonable. The previous monthly user fee has been removed. Now, in addition to the benefits themselves, you’ll only pay a service fee with each order.

So, if you order benefits once a year, you’ll only pay the service fee once per year. If you place multiple orders throughout the year, the service fee will be charged with each new order, based on the amount of benefits ordered.

The service fee is only charged on the amount of benefits you order; it’s not cumulative, so your costs remain the same no matter how many times you place an order.

For Small Businesses

If you’re a small employer with only a few employees, the new pricing means a significant price reduction for you.

For Medium-Sized Businesses

For companies ordering a large amount of benefits, we’ve transitioned you to the new pricing model on a cost-neutral basis. In other words, we’ve adjusted the service fee percentages to ensure there are no additional costs for you.

For Customers with a Contracted Price

No need to worry. Your contracted price remains in effect as before—until the end of the contract period. This pricing update only affects customers on the standard price list.
