There may be login issues in the SmartumPay app due to denial-of-service attacks on banks

We have noticed that some Smartum benefit users are experiencing issues when trying to log in to the SmartumPay app.

The problems are caused by denial-of-service attacks targeting banks, which also affect logging into the SmartumPay app.

If possible, please try logging into the SmartumPay app using credentials from another bank.

Mobile network disruptions may also sometimes cause login issues, and Mobile Certificate may not work in such cases either.
