Smartum's pricing model is being updated this year, but the total cost of employee benefits will not increase. The new pricing will be reflected in the first invoice for 2025.
We wanted to align our pricing with common industry practices while keeping it fair and without additional costs. Moving forward, we will charge only a percentage-based service fee for the benefits you order. We have set the service fee at a level that matches the total costs under the previous pricing model – meaning your total cost for benefits will not increase.
If the number of employees and employee benefits remain the same, the total cost will also stay unchanged.
What’s changing?

If you have already ordered benefits for 2025, you will receive an invoice on February 1, 2025, which includes:
- For FlexBenefit:
- The first invoice for a new order will charge the total amount of the loaded benefit and benefits used during the first month
- Subsequent invoices will charge for the benefits used on a monthly basis.
- For Lunch Benefit:
- Monthly invoices will charge for the lunch benefits used, along with the service fee, based on the amount of benefits provided.
The new pricing model applies to benefits ordered for 2025.
