How partner can do Smartum Giftcard payment?
Smartum Giftcards contain a 9-character code that is used to redeem the gift cards. The Smartum Giftcard buyer needs to send the code to the gift recipient. The gift buyer will receive the code as part of the purchase receipt.
- Go to the website pay.smartum.fi.
- Search for your location and click the ‘Make Payment’ button.
- Enter the amount for the payment.
- Select ‘I will pay with a Smartum Giftcard’ as the payment method and enter the gift card code.
- Enter the customer’s email address for receipt delivery.
- Click ‘Continue to payment’ and confirm the payment.
- A receipt will appear after a successful payment, and the customer will also receive the receipt via email.
How to refund a Smartum Giftcard payment?
- If a Smartum Giftcard payment was made in error, you can refund it by contacting Smartum´s customer service asiakaspalvelu@smartum.fi.
Who can accept Smartum Giftcards?
- Partners registered as Smartum service providers can accept payments with a Smartum Giftcard. For now, lunch, commuter and bike benefit partners cannot accept the Smartum Giftcard payments.
